"Top of the World"

This painting could have been called “Blueberry Hill”. A logging operation has cleared the timber off this high granite ridge. We pick blueberries here, where the skies and the blueberries are often spectacular, and a breeze subdues the mosquitoes and black flies. The exact location is a closely held family secret.
